Villa Mariù

Villa Mariù is a fantastic exclusive villa directly on Lake Iseo with private access to the lake. There are not many structures on the lake with direct access to the lake, Villa Mariù is one of them. The Villa has been recently renovated in order to host and share this corner of paradise. The sunsets and the sweet sound of the calm waves of the lake will frame an unforgettable experience.
Villa Mariù is located in Pisogne, a fantastic town on Lake Iseo, which offers a lot, both for services (restaurants, supermarkets) and for the natural landscape. The villa is located along the lakeside promenade of the town, walking less than 5 minutes you will reach the town center.
The Villa is located on the threshold of the pedestrian area of Pisogne, you can arrive by car a few steps from the house and you will not be disturbed by the noise of cars.

The Villa is structured as follows:
ground floor:
- kitchen and living room with lake view

first floor:
- double room
- living room with double sofa bed
- bathroom with shower

second floor:
- double room
- half bathroom, (no shower, no bathtub)

The garden, which separates the house from the lake, is equipped with outdoor furniture.
The Villa also has a private buoy to which you can anchor your boat.
The internal staircase is steep and narrow; there is an external staircase that connects the ground floor with the first floor, between the first floor and the second there is only the internal staircase.
