Elegant detached house, located just 250 meters from the lake, ideal for guests seeking peace, privacy, and a unique panoramic view. The property is arranged over two levels and features a private entrance, stunning lake views, and a small rear terrace, perfect for relaxing moments.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two double beds (160x200 cm) and a modern, fully equipped bathroom with shower, designed to be both functional and comfortable.

The upper floor features a fully equipped kitchenette and a bright living area with a sofa bed (112 cm wide) fitted with a custom-made extra spring mattress, ensuring a comfortable sleep even for additional guests.

The true highlight of the house is the large panoramic glass window, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. One of the panels can be fully opened, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Falling asleep and waking up to this view makes the stay truly special.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults.
A public parking area is available approximately 20 meters from the property (not reservable and not guaranteed, but generally with available spaces).
If needed, it is also possible to temporarily park along the side of the house.
